- Pay ₹3000 as a security deposit at the farmhouse, refundable after checkout.
- There is no refund for advance amount or cancellation.
- Remaining due payment must be done before check-in time, else the gates will not be opened and the booking will be cancelled.
House Rules & Penalties
- HOOKAH, GANJA, and DRUGS are strictly not allowed.
- Customers should be responsible for their belongings inside the property.
- A penalty of ₹2500 will be collected for misbehaviour, and damage charges will be collected as per the damage caused.
- A fine of ₹500 will be collected for broken beer bottles.
- A fine of ₹1500 will be collected for vomit cleaning.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed only for guests above 21 years (limited).
- Only limited alcohol is allowed (below 6 litres). For events, it is mandatory to obtain the required alcohol permit from the Excise Department.
- The price is applicable for a limited number of persons. Additional charges will apply for extra people.

Had a lovely weekend stay here. The lawn and outdoor seating made the evenings really enjoyable. We would come back again for another relaxed weekend.
