HOOKAH GANJA DRUGS are not allowed. 4. CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR THINGS IN THE HOUSE 5. PENALTY OF 2500/- WILL BE COLLECTED FROM CUSTOMER FOR MISBEHAVIOUR AND DAMAGE AMOUNT IS COLLECTED AS PER THE DAMAGE CAUSED 6. 500/- fine will be collected for broken beer bottles. 7. 1500/- fine for vomits cleaning. 8. Above 21 Age, will be allowed for alcohol consumption (Limited). 9. Please note that only limited alcohol is allowed,specifically quantities below 6 liters. If you're booking an event it's mandatory to obtain the necessary alcohol permit from the Excise Department 10. This price is applicable for a limited number of persons; additional charges will apply for extra people. 11. After booking, you are required to upload the customer's Aadhaar documents, customer's profile picture, guest's Aadhaar documents, and the guest's mobile number.

- Pay ₹3000 as a security deposit at the farmhouse, refundable after checkout.
- There is no refund for advance amount or cancellation.
- Remaining due payment must be done before check-in time, else the gates will not be opened and the booking will be cancelled.
House Rules & Penalties
- HOOKAH, GANJA, and DRUGS are strictly not allowed.
- Customers should be responsible for their belongings inside the property.
- A penalty of ₹2500 will be collected for misbehaviour, and damage charges will be collected as per the damage caused.
- A fine of ₹500 will be collected for broken beer bottles.
- A fine of ₹1500 will be collected for vomit cleaning.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed only for guests above 21 years (limited).
- Only limited alcohol is allowed (below 6 litres). For events, it is mandatory to obtain the required alcohol permit from the Excise Department.
